Very shocking treatment towards staff members! Very insulting/rude comments passed from management team - it's a shame to see this kind of behaviour.

Wasnt impressed! Girl seemed to be lazy to do layers as was discussed before. And told me that I am taking too much time as my hair is too long!!!

Had a colour spruce up and trim here recently and was really pleased with the result. Staff helpful friendly and welcoming - can't do enough for me. Will definitely come back for further treatments... Thank you very much

Finding the perfect hair and beauty salon has been like finding the perfect dance partner - something I didn’t do because I don’t go out dancing. The idea of ‘glamming' myself up and spending time and money on hair and beauty sounded not only shallow but ‘not’ me either. I went maybe once every two years. And then everything changed! I still don’t go dancing but I am addicted to having hair and beauty treatments and the result of looking good is far from shallow. The team at Espiritu have helped bring my true essence alive in the cut of my hair and the sparkle of my nails. I’ve now had my hair cut and highlighted, my eyebrows waxed and tinted, my eyelashes tinted, my nails manicured and pro gelled (which is amazing), make up done for a party, wonderful facials which relax me far better than most guided meditations and tried out Indian Head and Neck Massage, Emotional Freedom Technique and Hopi Ear Candling!

I love the whole experience. Before Espiritu I felt dissatisfied that hairdressers rushed through the cut to get to their next Client, and that was before I realised they hadn’t actually listened to me. It always seemed they chose the hairstyle they knew best and hoped it was close to my description. How hard can it be to cut my hair so it looks like a glamorous lions mane (wild but styled) and easy for me to look after? But not one for many years managed it. So I was never compelled to try any other treatments. But Espiritu did it brilliantly. I love my cut, my colour and my gorgeous new look.

Gorgeous surroundings, wonderful products. With lot of fabulous treatments with gorgeous, wonderful staff, therapists and hairdressers.I have had my haircut from the amazing hairdressers, and various beauty treatments and the staff really go out of their way to make you feel special and scrummy. Free parking. What more could you want from a spa. I love it lots its my little retreat.
