Esse Retail & Therapy

Every time I go into Esse I am never disappointed! The staff are amazing and very helpful and there is always such a lovely atmosphere. I had 2 treatments last week which were incredible - highly recommend the facial. I always come away feeling so calm and relaxed - even if I only pop in for a little browse and cup of tea!!

Esse is anyone’s heaven both as a studio , spa shop , champagne / coffee bar. After 6 years of going there I have never had a bad experience , the staff are so professional , accommodating , give you the best experience ,flexible to ensure you get the bespoke tailored treatment to suit your needs , nowhere else offers this.
Over the years I have brought many friends and relatives there and I think now they visit just to go there .

Affordable prices, but it doesn't justify the poor quality job. Gel coat they applied has peeled off couple of days after.

They ruined my nails :(( Quality of their work is awful and I am very disappointed.

Really great staff, lovely atmosphere, feels very much like a mini break from life even if I'm only getting my eye brows waxed!!

Always a treat

Popped in today on they way home to ask for some advice and was seen by a very helpful lady who found me a product that was suitable! Costing just £4.00 I was pleasantly surprised! I have also booked into get my nails done as I've wanted them done for ages but nowhere else is open late enough for me to go after work! A lovely place and such an asset to Melbourn!

Bit of a mish mash when you walk in but if you have a proper look around there's some really lovely clothes in this boutique. The staff are efficient and know their stock. Ending up spending a fairly hefty sum on some fantastic Autumn staples so was flabbergasted to say the least when they charged me for the glass of Prosecco I had whilst spending said fortune. Left me cold.

I called in to speak with ESSE recently. The service that awaits you ladies is just first class. While I sat drinking my coffee I was amazed at the first class customer service offered by Serena and her staff at ESSE. If you want 1st class pampering and service then this is the place to go. You wont be disappointed!
