I ordered a buttonhole memory charm not long ago, the seller replied quickly and assisted me with which photo would be best to use. For some reason (assume got lost in the post) I didn't receive the charm at first. I contacted the seller again and she responded straight away and created a new one for me free of charge. I have ordered two items now and each time i have been pleased with the item, price and quick delivery, i did have one of my charms missing and one item slight delay but for both occasions nicole has sorted it out promptly and retified it with no disputes or with any issue

Ordered memory charms for my mums wedding as my Grandad passed away in June. After multiple back and forths of 'I'm sending them out on x day', it got to 2days before I had to leave for the wedding and still no charms. When I messaged to ask about this, I was told they HAD already been sent on the agreed date and tracking details would be checked. Mysteriously when they were delivered (20mins before we had to leave. Thankful for my early post lady) they had the posting date of the day I had messaged.

I understand things happen. It's perfectly okay that sometimes life gets in the way. Just don't lie to me. A simple 'I'm so sorry I will send them recorded delivery right now guaranteed to get to you in the morning' would have been fine. And I would have left 4 stars as the product was lovely. When it finally arrived.

Took 6 weeks to receive my items after being told 2-3 days nearly every day heard every excuse you could hear really don't recommend unless your happy to be told it's been posted when the date on the parcel clearly states it was a lie as my item was only posted in the 22nd of August and got today 23rd August yet was told it was posted weeks ago and " lost at sorting office " why say you've posted when it's clearly a lie not good for trading !!!

You then said you would remake it and send again. My honest opinion you didn't even send it. 2 weeks later and I still haven't received my items. You said you sent again weds and so I'm hoping it will arrive. I am waiting for a bouquet charm along with some jewellery for my bridesmaids, which the charm was going to be a sentimental reminder of my lates nans who aren't going to be there on the most special day of my life. I understand that you are not a robot, I have kids too and very hectic lives so I don't expect to have to keep chasing a business which took my money quick enough but isn't able to supply the goods when they said. If you are too busy to do the work don't take as much on! Give people a more realistic time scale. For all you know by wedding could have been last week!! I'm extremely unhappy about the whole thing. You have photos which are precious to me and I've entrusted them to you to provide me a service which currently you have failed to do! What's even more disgusting is that you put a post on your page like this, To insult me further unless you have had several issues with other customers! This is the last straw and if the items do not arrive tomor as you said in my messages then I am going through PayPal officially and getting my money back. I'm disgusted and people should know what really happens when they order from you!
