OfficeAcademy is nearly there! completed and tested: Invoice production, exam results, certificate production with auto emails to relevant parties, create archive documents to SuperOffice.

OfficeDiary has been extensively remodelled to provide immediate updates to SuperOffice. The following additional have also been made: a new button to refresh SuperOffice; a facility to send appointments to the owner via email or SMS; button on the ribbon bar to add, edit, delete and send an appointment; and the day name is now included against each date.

OfficeDiary has been enhanced to allow appointments to be created from a SuperOffice CSS ticket. Enter a ticket number and the ticket details, including company and contact, are pulled through to the appointment. Templates are available for tickets that are and are not linked to companies to allow the information set in the appointment description to be tailored to a company's individual requirements.

The March 2012 edition of the eSuite Product Bulletin is available to view online featuring details of our OfficeDiary for SuperOffice CRM product.

Changes made to the eSuite website including an overhaul of the smartphone specific website and QR codes added to the website and brochures for quick access to pages in the smartphone website.

OfficeQuote has been enhanced to allow users to create quotations on behalf of other SuperOffice users.
