Lovely baby boutique in botley went for the first time and got entered into a raffle for FREE after spending a certain amount of money.....completely forgot about the raffle as never win on things like that. To then get a call on xmas eve that I had won 1st prize a M&S hamper worth ┬Ż100! Thank you very much we will be back soo

A beautiful warm and friendly shop. If I owned a shop, this would be it,and if I worked in retail this is where I would be proud to work. My first visit to the shop was Sunday, and I was enchanted. Would highly recommend...... Lynda Rogers, Southampton.

The customer service today was rude, arrogant and abrupt. I only wanted to return a dress that did not fit my daughter. There was not another dress suitable in her size. There is no sign to state that they do not give refunds (which I believe is the law) only offering an exchange or a credit note. The owner hung up on me saying she had signal issues and has not called me back. I'm very disappointed as we have been a customer for a very long time and never experienced poor customer service like this.
