Great service from ordering our jacuzzi at Hampton Court flower show. The order was sent to Washington as our nearest supplier. We were keept informed throughout on delivery and installation. Smooth installation in a tricky location but took it all in their stride. After service has been great too with advice on hand for early weeks of ownership and really keen to hear how we were enjoying it. We looked for about two years before buying. If you're thinking of getting a hot tub I wouldn't look further.

We were looking for a hot tub and had been to a few places. There was no hard sell at Euphoria. It was very firendly with no pressure. We were given honest information on different products and what was different was that they did not talk negatively about other products on the market. The products on show spoke for themselves. After sales was excellent; I was kept up to date with things; a site visit was arranged at my convenience and the set up went very smoothly. We had a couple of questions after installation and nothing was too much trouble which was great. All in all, very happy.....

Staff where extremely helpful and knowledgeable from start. No hard sell just a genuine desire to match a product to our needs. After lots of window shopping finally decided on a model as advised by Euphoria and really happy with model we have chosen. From start to finish very good service and would recommend to anyone looking to buy a hot tub. Pre and after sales have all been excellent

We bought the small J315 from Euphoria Lifestyle. The salesman, Frank, was excellent, really knowledgeable. We knew the delivery and installation would be a challenge as we have no entrance big enough into our back garden. The Guys who came to install it took everything in their stride, taking it through our neighbours property without drama. The Tub is great! We have used it everyday. Great after a long tiring day in the car, or after a game of golf. It even makes weeding the garden less of a back ache. We are glad we bought Jacuzzi, with full hydrotherapy, from Euphoria, and we look forward to the many relaxing years ahead.

We visited several hot tub showrooms, but found Euphoria outstanding in terms of describing the products, available finance, and delivery options. Everything was very clear, no "hyped" discounts , and a full site inspection was undertaken before delivery and installation. This required a crane, which Euphoria arranged. Damian provided good "tuition" onsite to get us started. Highly recommended.

We have been looking for a replacement hot tub for some time and were not impressed with the choice and price until we visited Euphoria Lifestyle in Squire's of Washington. There was a good choice at competitive prices. The help and service when buying the hot tub and the subsequent delivery and installation have all been excellent. We really could not have asked for more and based on our experience we would happily recommend them.

Great experience with Euphoria Lifestyle. Having visited most other spa stores in the area and experienced some hard and loose sales techniques, the approach by Euphoria was refreshing! No hard sale just confidence in their products. And competitively priced! We purchased a Jacuzzi tub and the process was easy and delivery organised to fit in with our schedule. Installation day went very smoothly and really appreciated the time taken to talk me through maintenance etc. Overall a great company with friendly and professional service.
