When I visited this store today to buy some high temp grease to repack a noisy wheel bearing at the roadside (in the middle of a high mileage family trip), I discussed my problem with one of the staff.
Before long, at least three staff members were ringing around trying to find a reliable local garage willing to change the bearing for me as they were concerned that it may cease or collapse during my family's journey.
They found someone to do the job, provided me with the bearing and directions to find the garage for which I am very grateful.
Best service I've ever had...
Highly recommended.

Got the parts right that york motor factors didnt and open sunday life saver

minimum waiting time 15 min if you lucky

Been in twice now over last few weeks
Worst service from any Euro parts
15 and 17 min wait in trade counter fast to drive to bullseye

Good alternative if you can't get it from GSF same quality and similar prices, but check online before visiting as there's often a discount code for web orders/ click and collect.

please lets have Reece back on the front counter, clueless is a complement to the latest staff, why oh why employ people who have no knowledge of motor cars to front the business to the public?

Basically got accused of stealing because another customer thought I had been given the things he bought. Was made to go back inside and wasn't listened when telling them they were definitely my bits. Even when the other customer realised their mistake I had to ask for my bits and it was only when they realised it was my name on the receipt they gave them back to me. (Things I had already paid for so MY property) No apology for the accusation infront of a shop full of customers.
