Recently visited the park for a hen party We all had an amazing time the staff were lovely and very helpful! The manager Joey went out of his way to make sure we had a great time and nothing was to much trouble! The accommodation we had was lovely clean, tidy and modern with a hot tub. The food was great too we would definitely come back again one day. Thank you Europa xx

On our way home from an amazing new year break, refreshingly child & dog friendly, our lodge was fab, staff could not be more friendly & helpful, thank you Europa for a fab time, can't wait to come back- you rock! ���

Oh my days!!! This place is amazing �.. had the best time ever! So accommodating, really cheerful staff & very helpful.. love the surf shacks, double bed, fridge, heater & tv � on the wall!! best place to go for a party, stag or hen do.. thank you � all so much.. will defo recommend & re visit..

I've stayed at this Park a couple of times now and it keeps drawing me back! Prime location, everything you need on site, friendly staff and well maintained, we've even made use of the surf equipment hire. Great place for couples, groups of friends or families. Highly recommended!

We arrived bank holiday Sunday so was very busy, 2 adults 1 child(15yrs) and a large dog!

Was very busy and noisy the first night but we were warned and it does state on booking site, most people packed up and went home Monday, but overall would go back, more family time off peak and friends and groups on peak

Been several years in a row, and also several times every year. The staff are the best, always so friendly & so helpful - all the staff, not just front of house. The chef personally prepared veggie breakfast especially for one of our party because he was quite a fussy eater, with not bother at all. Always willing to go one step further. Yeah the bathrooms etc aren't 5* but it's not advertised as that, and they clean them twice a day, they work and they suit the needs of showering which is all they need to do. Always recommend, favourite place.

All staff were helpful and manager couldn't do enough to keep us happy...we all had a great time and cannot wait to go back again....

Loved the all you can eat breakie and served a good pint too.....

Campsite was kept clean and tidy by staff and ourselves of course...

All the staff were great fun and I didn't want to leave - highly recommend for a weekend of partying! Tommy went out of his way to make sure our group had the best time possible and basically I loved it!

A Fantastic and beautiful holiday Park. I stayed with a group of friends in one of the luxury sleep x9 log cabins. The cabins were spacious with comfy beds and a large open plan living area. Our neighbours were great. We spent our first evening drinking wine and mulling over past experiences of UK holidays. Me and friends are not big party goers but on our second night we decided to go and do some dancing in the onsite night club. We met a team of softball players who were a great group. (They even introduced us to an English spaniel)



Greatly appreciated the visit and will be back next year for sure (next time in the winter as we love the cold)

This was a great place for a group of lads on a weekend away. I'd not recommend it for families nor children (2 to 15) as the atmosphere is vibrant. The staff are good, the accommodation acceptable, breakfasts plentiful. Not a short nor easy walk back from the beach/village but taxis tend to be only £5 so an easy choice if sharing.

I thought of it as indoor camping and was happy. If you thought of it as luxury resort you'd probably be disappointed.

Perhaps it could determine the market sector it wishes to appeal to and focus on that, with a "beware all others" if they are not open minded, encouraging say youthful 16 to 30 years olds?

more 18-30s than 30-60s to me club house was more of a youth club

Been here many times, usually good, had a few issues this time, but the manager was very helpful and dealt with our complaint professionally.

Stayed here 2 years ago, knew what the site is about and how it’s caters for groups, so I was prepared for “some noise”. We stayed in cabin 10 of surfers paradise.....don’t ever stay here. We were (me my partner and dog)stuck between 2 groups of what can only be described as the most spoilt bunch of children (20 something year olds) I have ever heard. In the cabin next to us we actually heard a woman shag her boyfriends best friend In the same fucking room which they were all sleeping in. Her boyfriend actually caught them at it so it all went a bit nuts from there. If it wasn’t so amusing to listen to her cry like what can only be described as a elephant, some serious shit would have gone down (dirty bitch)This was at 1am for 2 hours then again at 5am. This was just the last night we were here I literally can’t be bothered to explain the rest because it’s unbelievable. So all in all I’ve had about 8 hours sleep in three nights and it cost me nearly £300 fucking shocking!! shower and toilet full of sand, don’t think the floor had ever been mopped. Definitely won’t go back again.

Staff were miserable. We paid good money for a breakfast and were waiting a long time for some of the food, for the waitress to nod her head at us instead of having manners and asking us what we were waiting for. The toilets were disgusting and clearly weren't cleaned regularly. Our stay last year was much better. This year was a waste of money and a let down. Dissapointed is an understatment.
