This was a last minute booking due to my car breaking down on a Saturday morning and me needing to be somewhere for an expensive weekend away.



I did the booking on the phone which was all very clear and straightforward. I was told that it would take 2 hours for the depot to prepare the vehicle but (in the hope of getting on the move earlier) I went down there pretty much immediately and drove off in my rental car about 20 minutes later (90 minutes before the 2 hours was up!). Returning the vehicle was also trouble free.



Excellent customer service, excellent car, great value for money, and an absolute lifesaver for ensuring that my weekend wasn't ruined!

I found the whole customer experience was so simple and easy. Your customer rep Gintare was very accommodating and did a great job fitting in round my requirements. Dropping the car off and returning it was really straight forward. I won't be wanting to go elsewhere. Thanks!

Do you ever answer your phone?!

Could have copied over the other 1 star review, booked car, paid in advance, they cancelled order, didn't call, went to pick up and no car. Unlike the other 1 star review it was too late for me to get a car from elsewhere.

Awful service - booked by phone via their headquarters and had a confirmation email. They then sent a cancellation email which we missed so drove needlessly to collect a van they didn’t have. Man in the shop couldn’t have cared less. They should have called us of their availability was wrong. Went with frost van hire instead who are FAR superior. Avoid this company!!!
