We had our Faro flight cancelled at East Midlands Airport on Sunday 10th Dec so needed to hire another car for 3days. The young lady on your Airport Desk st approx 1300hrs was very helpful, friendly & courteous. It was because of this as well as a competertive price for short notice that we booked with Europcar. Thank you to that young lady for such good service with a smile. If we need car hire again when we come to the UK, I will definitely check out your rates first.

Hired a car last week with full hire cover from ryan air car rental site lovelly man did all what i needed car hire with full cover paid for , collected car receptionist asked for deposit paid with debit card , said i already paid hire and insurance which he confirmed , wasnt till couple hours later i looked at paper work to see they add, enhanced partner ??? at £69.97 which is not on T@C's had to phone to find out it was another insurance ? couldnt get anything sorted till took car back, car was cleared and signed off ok and went to office , to be told its a new product , which i had not been informed about or asked for , they would not do anything just said he'll look into it, i have called the company who did the hire site and they said i didnt need extra insurance as ive already paid for it , yet today another £91,03 taken from bank for the enhanced partner insurance , iam really annoyed that a company like this is doing this sort of thing as how many others are they just adding these extras to without saying anything , now i have to wait for them to look into this will they have my money

Very disappointed arrived on Saturday morning and walked round to the rental car park and hut as I often do to find it locked up then walked back to main building to be told there is now someone there head back round with your bike bag and cases .of to a bad start .
A car for 3 days was to cast £31.95 ended up costing around £140.00
Ripped off that is how I feel, it cost me £20 to put £15 of fuel in .
Before I even drove the car I was ask would I like to pay £6.00 to have it washed when you leave it back . I am just glad it wasn't due a service lol

We were in a horrendous mess when Ryanair messed up our flights and we had to fly to EMA instead of MAN and then find our way up to Manchester. We arrived at the Europcar at 15:15 sunday 30 April and within 15 minutes we were booking our car. The lady who helped us was AMAZING and she should be given our thanks. She was able to reduce the cost by removing the £50 single trip fair which made taking the car affordable. Without her and that deal we would have had to have taken a bus and 2 trains to get back home so she saved us hours and we got to enjoy our Sunday evening! Everything was then smooth sailing but our awesome experience started with her! Please thank her for us!

I rented the car with Keddy (by Europcar) for the third time and will do it again. Branded new cars and great staff. Thanks.

Extremly disappointed by the rude behaviour of the staff named Paul had a very rude tone and extremely unprofessional and my worst experience with any rental company , completely refused to give me the car i booked online and paid in advance with my credit card saying that proof of address is not acceptable where as i gave him proof of address via my bank statement and since my credit card also has the same address and also i had rented a car a month back from the same office , his excuse was that his colleagues didn't do the job properly and implied as i should not been given the car in the first place on top told stories of how recently cars have been stolen in other words implied them to me . Got the car in the end as he had no valid reason to refuse but the worst worst worst experience of my life .

I am extremely disappointed with the way the finances has been handled. I paid for the vehicle hire before even leaving Spain. On arriving at East midlands Airport I was told that I needed to pay another 140.00 for extra insurance, which I didn't mind, but If you had informed me beforehand I could I budgeted for it instead of having to revert to using Spanish Bank Cards, which are expensive when using internationally. Furthermore the deposit of 250.00 was expected and went through normally but upon returning the car I was informed that it would take 10 days to process and an e-mail would be sent explaining deductions. No e-mail has been received and €368.00 has been deducted and I have no idea why. The car had no damage to it and even if it did I took the option of no excess, so no payment should have been taken. In addition to this I filled the car up with petrol approx. 5kms from the airport so no petrol deductions should have been made. I am still waiting for an accounting of why I was charged the 368.00.
