Rented several cars - first had a gear problem so had to exchange for another car; second car's tyre pressures were all different on each tyre, very dangerous and affected handling; third car was so dirty that I had to clean the window screen before I could drive it, inside and out dirty, stains on seat, no manual so had no idea how to operate the automatic 'hand brake' and when I asked how it worked the lad couldn't speak English well enough for me to understand him. No signs of improving so assume that's the way they operate - lost trust in them and can't be sure they do the essential checks before they rent them out to the next customer.
