Nice friendly staff, and renting was cheaper and easier than I thought, to cover for when my car broke down.
Will definitely use again.

Was told at the reception that because u picked the car up late it was ok to bring it back at the dame time. Sent invoice and lo and behold i am charged an extra day. Pure greed, screw a few quid out of you even though i was told it was fine. Also bear in mind this was a bank holiday monday and the car was going nowhere anyway. They wont get me again. They should be wearing a mask and a striped shirt. BEWARE.

A great team who try hard for their customers. Great ambassadors for the brand, give them better cars available at other stations.

Rarely do I leave a review, especially when unprompted, but over the years I've used Enterprise, Avis, Hertz of Hull and none of them have given me the same, consistent level of service that these guy at Europcar do. Would recommend to anyone. 👍🏻

i have hired a vehicle from the Cottingham rd, Hull, branch of Europe car since 2013, i have never had a problem of any sort there. The team and branch manager you have are second to none! On every occasion i am greeted with smiles, enthusiasm and professionalism. I run a kitchen company myself and i would be very proud of my team if my customers have the same experience as i have with yours. If there was a number 11 on the tick list above i would have used that!
