They tried to help but didn't have a suitable cat available. Said they'd phone me but didn't. Not very impressed.

Easy parking and good selection of cars

terrible !! if I could give no stars I would I booked and left a message - no reply called a call centre - couldn't understand the telephone operator have tried to call the branch several times - no answer and emailed for someone to phone me and no contact !

Funny

Booked a hire online through a agent , when we arrived to pick up the car the woman at the desk didn't know how to validate a international driving licence so declined to hire the car. We paid online so no refund and lost £110.00 just like that. Rude woman and no service. We consequently hired a car from avis same day with the same documents. Rip off company and terrible service ...still fighting for my refund.
