Great service I was really sceptical after the bad press hire car companies have had lately however this branch was great.

There was no pressuring of buying extra insurance that you sometimes hear off and I've had in the past from other car rental firms.

Professional and friendly staff, I will definitely use again.

I have booked car at this branch on several vacations. I was having very good opinion on this. Even though I am a regular customer to this branch, they charged after hours fees just for 14 mins delay. I agree that if there was no staff available and delay is too much like more than 1 hour for after hours charges. I have been delayed for 14 mins and staff is available to take keys but still they charged £20 for after hours fees. I wouldn't recommend to take rental from this branch anymore.
