Waited more than an hour - in a room full of other annoyed customers as they only had ONE person serving at a snails pace. If you have to use this location, get your car delivered to your address rather than deal with the desk

The cost of hiring a car in London is relatively cheap but be on you guard there are always hidden costs of insurance (for me more than then the rental). Secondly force one of the employees to come with you when collecting the car and make sure that any and all damaged to the car is written down. Saved me again.

Terrible experience. The car was not there. Completely bad customer experience. Avoid it

Absolutely terrible. I arrived at 7:59:59 for an 8am pickup on a Saturday. Paperwork was done in 10 minutes. A further 30 MINUTES was spent waiting for my car. There were no other customers. The cause of the delay? The people that were supposed to prep the car didn't do it. Eventually, the manager went and yelled at them to do it and a few minutes later they brought the car out. Surprise, surprise, there was still trash in it from the last customer. I was now late for my holiday and asked for a discount. The desk agent gave me an inquiry number and told me customer service would call to discuss reimbursement. It's been two weeks and no call. I will NEVER rent from this location again

agree with all previous reviews, exactly the same with us. Booked skoda octavia, for long journey to Edinburgh, and got meriva instead!!the desk clerk haven't mentioned anything during the process, and we find out outside. Had to wait 15 mins as 'car was getting showered'. Booked diesel, got petrol, clean outside, filthy inside, not full tank, and not mentioned anywhere. Two customers in front of us, both returned with complaints after seeing the car. Avoid if you can

I am also absolutely disgusted with the service. Totally unprofessional and unethical- disrespectful, dishonest, unreliable and sharks for money. Drivers have clear lack of training and communicatipn skills- Late for pick up by over an hour and no courtesy to call. No one ever answers phone at local branch level. Premium calls to main switch board ends up costing a fortune and a clear rip off. Tried to cheat us for a quatter tank amongst all else. Motability really should not expose their customers to such substandard service.
