Europcar London Kingston Upon Thames

A horrible rental agency. Upon arriving, customer service clerk proudly announces car cannot be returned at pre-arranged day/time, as they aren't open, and must be returned on another day. There is no key drop either. It's like they've never dealt with travellers before. They also refuse to setup 'pickup' service as advertised behind their counter. They pride themselves on being rude. Overall, they are a useless branch which simply should be closed. They hand us keys to a new car, claim the fuel tank is full, but the gas gauge is broken. Does that even happen in 2017?? We'll never rent from them, and you shouldn't either.

Not to many spare cars during Wimbledon time. .. like everywhere I suppose. Except for that very good customer service and not too expensive also
