Shambolic service. Long queues. Very frustrating experience.

Friendly, helpful and efficient. Costs were not high as I never take the extra insurance cover. I do have a personal problem with the added extras, i.e. insurance., a lot of money for such a little hire time, cost of satnav hire, I could have bought one and still have change. But all in all the car was clean and fully fuelled when I picked it up and ready to go. Will definitely use this company again

My husband rented a car from Europcar hire Southend airport his father was very ill and he needed to hire a car The tires were bald the car was dirty inside there was only 1 head light working as I picked the car up at
night I couldn't see the shape of the car until the following morning.. I couldn't believe the state of the car.in my opinion a car should be checked after each car has been returned..
