Easy service. As with all rentals, the paperwork takes time.

Needed a car to go to a funeral and a meeting I got the car I wanted I got a good price and I got great service I can only give 5 star 😎
I will not comment on the other rental company I tried😤

Europcar staff are friendly and helpful. Vehicles are clean and reliable. I've rented from them several times now and never encountered a difficulty. At the Waterloo branch, they were very busy, but dealt efficiently and cheerfully with all customers. I have booked over the phone and found staff very helpful, always ready to take the time to give advice and find the best deal.

Trying in any way to charge you with unnecessary extra's. The location is easy to find and very accessible.

Had booked in advance through Expedia, pickup was smooth, though a bit slow. The car was brand new.

Naturally there was some insurance upselling but a simple no was enough for every point.

Office understaffed, had to wait 40 minutes to get the car I had ordered online. False accusation of minor damage to the car, with excessive bill and extremely rude staff both in store and online when trying to rectify this. Avoid

Busy little hub meant we had to wait awhile. However they accepted debit card for the hire which was good. Price reasonable/slightly on the high side. Narrowly avoided getting stung with an after hours key drop off fee so be aware of that. Nice car great staff.

I booked via Expedia - pickup Saturday drop off Sunday. When I finally got the keys I was informed there was an additional £20 fee if I also wanted to drop off the keys with the car as they are not actually open on a Sunday - despite the booking info stating the contrary. The staff insisted this hidden charge was a new Europcar company policy and the info was in the booking email I was sent - which I showed them - but it wasn't. I dropped the car off on Sunday and then had to come back on Monday with the keys. Avoid.

Car was booked to be picked up at 8.30 but took over 30mins to be seen. Wasnt even acknowledged when entering the office even if there was 3-4 customers ahead of me. extremely slow and very unprofessional. Never at this centre ever again and DONT forget like i did that CONGESTION is to be paid for too on top of your booking!!!
EDIT: i have just found out now that after returning the vehicle on full tank i have been charged 5 litres of fuel on my card! absolutely thieving scum!

DO NOT GET YOUR VEHICLE FROM HERE!
