My experience resulted in a frustration not expected. The staff attitude at the branch was poor and I am not sure if the staff member did not know his product and the service being offered or if he was just not interested in making this experience a good one for the customer. The staff member failed to explain the hidden costs e.g. the £250 security deposit and how this would be deducted from your account. I am not sure if I would use the service again or recommend it to others.
Excellent service, the car was not the Fiat 500 I was hoping for but the one I was given was perfect and everyone was efficient, polite and friendly.
Prepaid for a booking but was called to say they had no cars. So even if your booking and payment goes through successfully, you may not get a car!
They advertise Vans....but no vans to hire. Stupid company
Turned up to get my pre paid car but they did not have any cars. The man at the desk did not care in the slightest.
I feel utterly disappointed with Europecar as I was accused on return of my hire car of a very small mark on the wheel hub which I'm sure didn't do, and charged an extra £197,00. So be aware from my experience!
Very handy car hire
Pre-booked, got dropped off, car not available to drive away in so now stranded. Why allow bookings if you can't deliver? Would not recommend this incompetent rental company.
