Always found Peterborough London Road very helpful and have rented from them many times. See you again next time.

Turned up at 6.03, booking for 6 and everyone had gone home!! Net booking advised closing at 8 and even if that wasn't the case someone should have had the common sense to call me. Nope. No emergency numbers. A worker called the manager when he brought a van back and she would not help, at least he tried!! Poor show, crap service. No central number for assistance - went onto new rentals line, he tried to help, couldn't - asked if I wanted to pick up the car tomorrow - after £60 worth of unnecessary cab fares - no thanks!!! Jobsworth mentality, close that door at 6 and run for the hills!! Well done Peterborough London Road Depot.
