I have used Europcar to rent a car more than once now and everything is perfect, very good cars, very good price and no hidden fees!
Absolutely the worst. They tell you a price in the confirmation email and in the voucher, you come to the renting place and they charge you a fee that was not stated anywhere. Furthermore, it was said in the voucher that we had gps, we arrive here and thy don't give anything to us. Absolutely disgusting.

I recently borrowed a van from this company. 100% satisfaction with customer service. Got a beautiful polished van ready as ordered. The day of returning i was about an hour and a half late. I called there and in the office told me that if it be an hour and a half that it's okay as long as thez know. I arrived but I did not get to refuel. They told me that I can go to the station not far and no additional charge for extra time. 100% Satisfaction

Ridiculous a £1000 deposit. That's way is cheapest car rental, with this T&C.
Customer service worst ever. Don't use!
After 10 years of using this company I am now told that because they did not get hold of me just before close of business last night, my licence check has not been done. Consequently the car that I booked 6 weeks ago has been reallocated and now I am going to be 2 hours late, with a plane to catch at Heathrow! The fleet manager stone- walled me and absolutely NO sympathy was displayed by the staff whatsoever. It might not mean much to them, but they've just lost a customer.RUBBISH service.
