Worst car rental company ever always let u dwn on times they tell u, will never use again avoid at all cost

I booked a car this morning and payment was taken, only to be called 2 hours later to say they have no cars! Payment has not been returned yet so unable to hire a different car! Why say there is a car available when there isn’t! Shocking

Avoid them. I hired a van from them and collected on a dark wet night. The following morning we found a stone chip on the windscreen and produced a timed and dated photo to them. Comment from them we don't believe you. So I take that as "you are liars"

Multinationals do not like adverse publicity in social media.

Another unhappy customer! Used lots with work and rarely a pleasant experience. Often cars not picked up for days, normally undocumented damage. The latest being one car listed on the rental agreement with another arriving only to be told it's a mistake! Staff are unpleasant to deal with, and the customer is never right (tbh I don't think a second thought is given to the customer). Avoid!
