My first time on the Eurostar and it was excellent, very comfy seats, reasonably priced bar where we was able to get snacks and drinks. Had a great day visiting the Christmas markets
Fantastic trip. Would love to do it again. Maybe Paris next time. Great service too

Was late 1 H. Ridiculous. I don't know why and the management did not send any emails. We lost other train conection to.
It's ok. The secure area beyond passport control quickly gets busy and not many shops, and those there are small. Sufficient for a train journey.
I got stuck on my journey from London to Brussels. The train stopped 15km from the final destination. It took 2 hours and 45 minutes until they sent another train. It was a pleasant journey though, since I was on holidays.
Good service. Easy to use. Only let down Duty free, what duty free?
Ebbsfleet to Brussels great, return journey delayed, departure lounge overcrowded, not enough seats, coaches on train really tatty, looked like it needed a refurbishment.
