Morning coffee with views. Sometimes you need to get away to realise how much you need to pause, reflect and reenergise. The Body Holiday offers the perfect place to eat well with daily Ayurvedic organic vegan food and yoga 🧘‍♂️ I feel already the benefits of looking after myself combined with lots of 💃🏻 dancing in the evening. It’s a mixture of gentle life combined with buckets of fun for me! Love this place so much ❤️

Perfect drink to replenish lost minerals after exercise and it also has, a not that talked about laxative effect, to keep regular which is something to pay attention when travelling. Chocolate granola +buckwheat banana bread Sunday baking✅ plenty of good fats in my granola with a variety of nuts and seeds and of course raw Chocolate nibs and powder to make it extra yummy. Can’t wait for Monday morning to eat a bowl of my home made granola with unsweetened almond milk. I ❤️ batch cooking on Sunday afternoons to be ready for the week ahead. Healthy quick dinner /Vegetable Frittata/ Don’t be tempted to make an egg white omelette as egg yolks are highly nutritious and contain nutrients to boost our brain function and keep those winter blues at bay. Simple effective meal with eggs, a complete source of protein and any veggies you may have in the fridge to give you vitamins, minerals and fibre. This could be breakfast, lunch or dinner accompanied by a crunchy salad.
