Evallance is an award winning high-end event production company that specialises in Weddings & Corporate Events
Evallance Description
DJing has been our passion since we were aged just 14. Our keen interest in all genres of music and the latest technology coupled with our penchant for perfection meant that what started as a hobby rapidly turned into a high demand service fuelled by constant enquiries and expansion; culminating in the foundation of Phat DJs.
After years of experience and working in the industry we recognised the need for more than just a DJ service. Although we have always provided additional entertainment such as Dhol players and Dancers, we saw the potential to simplify the clients’ experience by providing a wide range of services such as décor and theming under one company. We thus decided to rebrand the roadshow element of the company and create Evallance.
Our diverse skills and considerable experience is what gives us the ability to stand out from the crowd. A combination of strategic planning, creative solutions, comprehensive site investigations, flawless administration and seamless execution allow us to compose the perfect day for you.
Relationships are key to the success of any business relationship and recognising this we strive to form strong rapports with all our clients. Creating a friendship allows us to exchange ideas openly with one another such that we can tailor the event to your every request. We aim to fulfil and exceed your requirements; catering to all your needs and allowing us to take the pressure off you so that you can enjoy the event stress-free. Our relations with corporate clients such as venues and catering services are just as key and allow us to work harmoniously with one another to provide the best experience possible.
