Luis was very helpful with replacing a saddle in warranty and was never too much trouble. I found however on other visits that I was waiting in the store of some time to even get staff attention on a question/ purchase. The store is well presented and the mechanics are very good at what they did with my bronze service following a crash to check over my bike & replace handle bar tape which was fitted really well. Overall not quite 5* but a strong 4*

Great guys - really go out of their way to be helpful. They even stayed late to fix the problem with my bike, and was very much appreciated. Many thanks

Max and his colleague assisted me to fit my 'massively' large Princess Pashley push bike fully fitted into it and I was off!!! Thanks you all guys. I have posted the pictures for your entertainment ;-)

I called up ahead to ask if a bike was in stock. I was told there was one and I could pick it up immediately. They said I should order ahead online to make it easier, so I did. When I arrived the bike was there but I was told I couldn't have it as the guy was unable to open the online order. I left with nothing, even though I have paid. Joke.

Poor service delivery. I bought a bike for my sons birthday. Went into the shop and measured use with my son. Maximo was good in identifying all the things my son required and we chose the right bike for him. Arranged for it to be made and picked up 7 days later as was not in local warehouse. When I arrived to pick up the bike I was told it was not ready and would be available to be made an picked up the next day. I went home and then at 11 am the next day when I was to pick up at 12noon I received a call to say they do not have the bike and it would not be ready till the 25th at least another week and 5 days after his birthday and after the trip that had been planned for him and his mates to ride their new bikes. John in the workshop not particularly helpful but will look for an alternative.Poor service would not recommend ordering a bike from them. I notice this is not the first time this has happened for this company on google reviews recently.

Best service. But if you have a Brompton always talk to Maximo first --very knowledgeable guy and he will give you the best advice.

Absolutely terrible. When I ordered online for an order to collect in store it didn't arrive. When i checked in store days after it was supposed to arrive they had no idea where it was and said they couldn't check?!? They had to phone head office. The four different people i spoke to were completely clueless, one asked me to phone head office myself?? Please. Now waiting for a refund, like that's going to go smoothly!! What a joke. Unhelpful staff, incompetent system. Big waste of my time. When you think how good other retailers are these guys are way behind. Save yourself the bother and go to Wiggle.

Not recommended for servicing - 3 weeks to get a service booked in and had to chase them multiple times (6+) to get it completed. The shop is fine.

Really helpful and knowledgeable staff, but their prices are comparatively high compared to other brands, including the one next door. Their roadbike was around £500.

As a shop, it's just fine. However, I do NOT recommended this particular branch for any bicycle servicing. My bike was returned to me after a puncture repair, with the rear brake disconnected. Fortunately, I had not gone far before noticing. I would question any establishment that does not follow basic safety checks.

Very happy with the bike GT PRO SENSOR. Excellent customer service from the manager John. Helped with all the paperwork, technical work and made it very easy and quick. Would recommend to anyone looking for a bike.
