Evans Cycles - Hendon

I had a very good experience with this shop. I booked a service for my bike and though the bike was fixed in around ten days, the quality of the service was excellent and I am very pleased with it.

I have bought several bikes from these guys at hendon and they are always great with info and service and recommendations :)

I have used Evans Hendon for all bicycle related matters in the past 4 years (new bicycles, servicing, gear) and find staff very helpful and attentive. Thank you for your recent servicing of my son's road-bike with a short notice.

The staff is always helpful, but don't try to call them as you will never get though.

I recently brought. A brompton bike from this store, I was very pleased with the service I got. I will be returning there soon to buy a brompton toolkit

If there was a negative star I would have given them that rating. Poor service, unfriendly, poor understanding of product, clueless about bicycles!!!!!. The member of staff, Dan, looked like he hated his life. I asked him about a specific bike I was looking for he looked so annoyed and just replied 'We don't do it here, you have to order it!'. He didn't bother to explain to me an alternative or at least an insight as to how to try it out.
The shop is full of bicycles with no one ever there to show you what the features are or at least explain the difference in the bicycles in each room.
Very poor service so sad that this is a a leading bicycle shop, ill stick to Fudge cycles, Harrow road.
Don't use Evans.

Once again poor service here. Never enough staff and it takes an age to do anything. I avoided this store for 2 years and decided to give them another go. Nothing has changed. Go elsewhere

Bought a bike that has a problem... have tired calling 4 times to arrange to get it looked at.... No answer.... seems to be a common problem looking at other reviews

Really poor, slow service. They never answer the phone. I booked a £35 service, waited for a month. When I came to pick up the bike, at first they couldn't find it. They did find it later, and started servicing. I waited for an hour or so, without having been told what was happening. I must be fair - they didn't charge me for the service, but just as well, since the bike brake is still faulty. Trying to call today, no answer, as usual.

Very disappointed. This morning I called regarding quote for my bicycle they say yes and I'm welcome to come. When I arrived the guy said that he doesn't know nothing about it. And he cannot help me or anyone in the shop. That one of guy from training answers the phone. Very poor service. I will not recommend for anybody. Staff doesn't know what they talking about. If I could i will give no stars at all.
