Evans Cycles - Sheffield

Great shop, great staff. Very helpful for quick bike adjustments. NO need to book in, unlike the Leeds branch.

These guys have bent over backwards for me in the last few weeks! The guys in the workshop are first class. I would highly recommend Evans sheffield!

As I had a gift voucher, I purchased a bike and various accessories from Evans Cycles. I was served by a young woman called Cristina. She was superb. Extremely knowledgeable, eloquent and patient. She had a relaxed manner and a good sense of humour. She is a major asset to the store and stood out head and shoulders above the rest. I would recommend any women, looking to purchase any cycling goods, to go and speak to Cristina.

Why is there no obvious place for cyclists to lock there bike up here? Also, it's on the expensive side for clothing/accessories etc. They were also a bit miffed when I wouldn't provide my postcode for their records when I made my purchase.

I visited a few bicycle retailers and Evans stood out from the crowd.
From start to finish the service was excellent and friendly.
The staff took out time to teach me about v certain aspects of my new bike and helped me choose the gear that was right for me.
I had picked some accessories that were not as suitable as some cheaper ones. The staff suggested I change and refunded me the difference.
Really helpful, they know their stuff! Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Called ahead & took in a frame that had a BB Converter sleeve locktited in which i thought was going to be a nightmare to shift, the chaps in the maintenance section swiftly worked on it while i was there & sorted it no problem and was on my way 30 mins later with the bike, great service!

Bought my first road bike here, Cannondale Synapse. Staff are friendly and most know exactly what they are talking about.

Really friendly and helpful staff who are very knowledgeable without being patronizing or condescending like some other bike shops in Sheffield! I bought a Pinnacle bike which is Evans own brand and have been really impressed with the quality and spec for a bargain price. I highly recommend them and will only use Evans from now on.

Had fantastic help with buying my new bike from Evan's cycles in August, very polite and welcoming, didn't feel any pressure, they were just friendly.

Took my bike back for it's 6 week checkup recently, booked appointment over phone, I didn't feel like i was putting them out of their way when I arrived, once again, very friendly and helpful, asked the technician guy a couple of questions went away very happy.

The staff are knowledgeable and accommodating. I've always found them to be focused on what I need rather than trying to up-sell all the time.
