Evans Cycles - West End

Amazing service. I was contacted about a free replacement of a Brompton part, and decided to go for a full service. I would have gone for Gold but they managed to squeeze everything my bike needed into a Bronze one, saving me a lot of money. Friendly, helpful staff as well.

Terrible experience for a first time buyer. The staff is absolutely unreliable, commits something but invariably that doesn't happen. Wouldn't have gone here had it not been that my company has a tie up for ride2work. Stay away!

The guys were extremely helpful when one of the two screws holding my saddle in place snapped, as I was going over a hump on my way to work. Jac replaced the screw within 5 minutes after I walked in, and didn’t charge me at all. As I was leaving I remembered I had some chocolate biscuits in my rucksack and gave it to them. Very grateful

My chain came off and I couldn't get it back on. I walked to the store and they fixed it for me and allowed me to wash my hands. They made my day. I am so sorry I have forgotten the names of the two guys that helped me. They wouldn't let me pay anything. Great people - thanks

Just went to buy bike lights that were priced at 15 pounds. When I got to the counter I was told they were now 25 pounds and that their prices were constantly changing over the next two months. They then refused to sell me the lights at the price they were advertised at. I definitely wont be returning.

Best and most welcoming staff/cyclists I have met in London yet. Just landed and getting my wheels under me and all of the guys have been most helpsful on so many levels-- not just technically, but also in helping a wheeled traveler feel welcome. Thanks, and see you all when I come back for a service before my trek departure

Great and friendly staff. They fixed my mates back tyre in about 10min or so. Good prices and generally a nice vibe. Will be back

Received a fantastic customer service yesterday! Very friendly, helpful and quick. Very competitive prices too, especially for central London. Highly recommend!

Very poor service. Tax refund form not available, I waited for 20 mins for them to get the form from somewhere, and they're charging me admin fees of £20 for this form.
This is the worst bike shop I ever visited in London, will never come back again.

Can't comment on the store / store guys - but those working in the workshop have been incredibly helpful and generous with their time, even with some other pushy customers being pretty rude.

Absolutely poor service. I bought a 1,400 pounds bike there. After 6 months my chain ring broke. I had to wait almost 3 weeks to get my bike back when they just had to change them.

After 2 weeks, my chain broke. They told me it would be a matter of hours, I have been waiting over a week and I still don´t know when will I be able to pick up my bike.
