Here is one of our ex racheorses Lady of Petra, who is enjoying her new life.

Graceful Magic, flying home to win the Carrie Red nursery on Friday at Doncaster Racecourse.

Whiilst I was at @goffsuk buying some yearlings to hopefully be next year's stars. The IJF Supporters Club were being well looked after by my wonderful staff and my parents and enjoying a lovely day looking around the yard and gallops. Particular thanks go to Liam, Sarah & Will who were great hosts.

Another lovely winner yesterday. Back at Brighton Races and Key Player wins the feature race. We have no runners today and then off to Lingfield & Sandown on Thursday. It's Derby Day on Saturday, although we have no runners I will be going as it is one of the best racing days of the year!

Another 2 winners this week. Kwela at Lingfield & Gin Palace at Brighton. Both 3 year olds breaking their maiden, looking like they are on their way to bigger and better things. Well done to Emily & Nynke who do them. We have a great team at home & on the track who all come together to keep the winners flowing. #teamWoodway #winners

2 winners in 2 days with 2 greys! Well done to Bella Vita & Kiefer and their connections who won at Salisbury & Newbury respectively. Great to have the yard in such good form before Accidental Agent makes his seasonal reappearance in the Lockinge at Newbury tomorrow.

Our lovely GORING won the AW Championships Apprentice race today @LingfieldPark under @GeorgiaDobie1. A lovely race to win for longstanding owners Gary & Jan Stevens and a great advert for the good riding skills of up and coming apprentice Georgia Dobie. A lovely Good Friday for all the yard. #teamWoodway #winners

It was an absolutely stunning morning up on the gallops for first lot. We are now starting to get in to full gear and the horses are all in fast work. We had a lovely winner on Monday with Shorter Skirt to start off the season well and am looking forward to a lot more runners from next week onwards.

Yesterday we had Gary & Craig Witherford in to start the 2yos off in their stalls training. Its always an exciting time and as you can see some enjoyed it more than others! #playingaround #springinhisstep #sittight

Madame Tantzy won nicely at Kempton on Saturday night. It really feels like spring is on the way and the flat season is upon us.
