We decided to take the kids to Disneyland Paris and heard about Eve and after one phone call we knew we were in safe hands and nothing seemed too much work for her. Every little detail was looked after and loved the fact Eve went the extra mile especially with kids and big thanks for helping to keep the surprise.

This was the first time we had used a travel agent to book a holiday and the service from eve was second to none!

1st issue we encountered was that we discovered that the resort we booked in Cuba was having it's main pool renovated during our stay, which meant the large pool would have been out of bounds. We voiced our concerns to eve and within 24hrs she had upgraded us to a better resort near by and we also received over 200 pounds back.

2nd issue we encountered was that my wife had to have emergency surgery 3 days before we departed for our holiday which unfortunately meant my wife and I had to cancel. Again Eve could not of done more for us, she amnended the bookings when she was not at work over her weekend off to ensure that our daughter could still go with other family members who were on another booking.

Eve was amazing!

All the lovely thoughtful gifts you planned before we went, autographed book with her personalised name on it. Sweeties for on the plane, mini mouse ears. My Husband was in charge of organising our honeymoon but I knew he would need a helping hand and Eve came highly recommended so I passed him her details. Best decision ever. Eve is lovely to work with and so helpful and really goes out of her way to make sure you have a fab holiday. Nothing is a problem. She listened to our criteria and found a perfect hotel and destination for us, so much so we would go back there. There were a few minor issues/queries with flights Eve sorted it out for u and we didn't need to worry. If you are looking to relieve the heading of searching for endless holidays and having no travel worries with that extra personal touch then I highly recommend Eve. I will be most certainly be using Eve in the future for holiday planning. Thanks Eve!!x

Just had a fantastic holiday arranged by Eve. Hotel was excellent, views were stunning, food, rooms and staff were all fantastic. I would recommend anyone booking a holiday to get in touch with Eve. We will definitely be booking up with her again for our future holidays.

I’m not sure how we came across Eve, but I’m very pleased we did! With the patience of a saint, Eve embarked on finding us the perfect Lapland holiday with less than 7 days notice. We then, two days into her research, pivoted to the Seychelles. Without any sighs of despair, she then worked across her weekend to find us the most perfect holiday to the Seychelles with our four year old. We booked four days before our departure. Eve brought tickets to our house the day before we flew, complete with an activity pack for our little girl. Eve is someone who goes above and beyond anything I’ve ever experienced when booking a holiday. If you’re thinking this personalised service must be extortionately priced, you’d be wrong! We can’t wait to work with Eve on our next holiday � Thank you again for your patience, advice and fabulous service!

I received a swift response from Eve regarding forthcoming travel arrangements. The advice was extremely good and further information was provided on request. A must for anyone to try but, particularly for nervous or inexperienced travelers. Thanks Eve.

I Would just like to say a massive THANK YOU to Eve who has actually made all this possible. From day one she listened to everything that I wanted and nothing was a problem and I was impressed with the information she gave me on Barcelona and suggesting places to go and also letting me know the opening times and prices, then finding the perfect hotel we could only wish for. She stayed up late to book it for us and nothing was ever a problem.



Also just from mentioning that I was going to surprise him she asked me how I was going to tell him to which I replied I'm not sure maybes I might put something together. Yet again she offered to do this for me without battering an eye lid and she's done it so much better than I ever could of.



Eve made the whole journey as easy as possible for us and the hotel was amazing. She found the perfect hotel to make the whole trip that extra especially. She was always on hand for our questions. Wished us a lovely holiday. Dave a happy birthday and also a lovely touch of a welcome home postcard which was there waiting for us. She made us a trip to remember :)



I can't honestly say thank you enough Eve you've completely gone above and beyond for us and we appreciate everything you've done from the snacks on the plane and for Dave's card too.



It's actually so nice to be treated as a valued customer and not just another booking which some travel agents probably won't even remember your name or you can use Eve and you get that personal service you could only dream of. I would recommend her a million percent!
