Production Manager Joe Haycocks' experience began as a 'noise boy' whilst studying Audio Systems at University - Engineering many live music and DJ night.

After leaving Uni, Joe spend 4 years at one of London's largest Event A /V suppliers; and during this time built-up RSH Audio Audio Ltd with two full time staff, and by working 7 days a week.
