The most wonderful, full of flavour, food that I've eaten in a long while. Every time we visit York, it wouldn't be the same if we didn't eat at this restaurant. Very friendly staff and very reasonable prices. Highly recommended!!

Such a friendly restaurant. Amazing food. Such a wonderful fusion of flavours. This fabulous restaurant could easily be passed by when walking on the street... I encourage you to pop in for a meal..

Our second visit to the restaurant........ absolutely beautiful meals a mix of Indian & Chinese cuisine but with more flavours and tastes...... we'll be back for more samples..... home Nepalese cooking at its very best..... highly recommend the Momos ( pork / lamb chilli dumplings....wow!!!) and the special Everest fried rice is out of this world!!! 👌🏻

It was an absolute pleasure having dinner here, the food was just beautiful and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Can't wait to return!

I had a great great meal here tonight. First time I had (Nepalese) momo’s but they were absolutely delicious! Staff is very friendly. Go there!

Happened upon this restaurant during the day and decided to eat here for the evening. It was a great find, never tried Nepalese food, it was a great experience, family enjoyed the meal. It was freshly cooked and absolutely delicious. Service was quick and very friendly. When we come back to York will definitely make time to eat here again.

First time we have tried Nepalese cuisine and we absolutely loved it. Nothing was too much trouble, the waitress was happy to explain the dishes and the ones we chose were delicious. I would highly recommend it. Can't wait to go again. Pity there isn't one nearer home.

First time trying this style of cuisine and we really enjoyed it. The momos were different but very tasty with a choice of pork, lamb or vegetable and spicy or hot spicy! We both had lamb mains, although different dishes and shared a fried rice, so we were full but not too stuffed. Staff were friendly and helpful with advice on what to order - no hard sell. We both had the lemonade which was sweet but tangy, husband then had the Ghurka beer which he liked too.

First time of trying Neapalis food and we were a bit unsure about some of the dishes, but the young lady was more than helpful and knowledgeable. The food was well worth the lengthy wait. All five dishes that we had wee were excellent. We will certainly be back, and also looking for Neapalis food closer to home.

Excellent food with a variety of succulent flavours and all well presented. We selected different starters so we could share and try them all and all got our approval. Our main courses were equally well received. The Gurka beer was a great accompaniment. The price was very reasonable for such quality and the service was friendly, helpful and smooth.

Brilliant....looked at menu board on 15.5.18 partner "fussy eater"....but long story short we had food off the menu he loved it here...

Awesome place, great service, great food wonderfully presented. Delicious fusion of Indian and Chinese flavours! A few things to be aware of: the mains are extremely reasonably priced, but rice is more than you'd expect it to be; and drinks...bottle of ghurka beer is brilliant - a really nice beer, but it's £5.99! Nearly as much as some of the food dishes! Plus, my wife wanted shandy, but they didn't know what it was, so we ordered lemonade and a bottle of Stella to mix ourselves, but their lemonade is still, cloudy, extremely sweet stuff - deffo not Schweppes! Overall though it's a great place, and you're sure to have a great meal �

Absolutely loved it here. Came for our first wedding anniversary (we went to Nepal for our honeymoon) and it was brilliant. Authentic Nepali food and felt like the casual cafe culture we loved so much in Kathmandu. Momos were incredible �

The service and Staff were very polite and efficient. The menu was a good representation of the food I had in Nepal. If I had one negative it would be the decor, could be more Nepalese themed.

I would deff go back.

Nice little restaurant. Busy night so service was a little slow. Food was very nice, obviously cooked fresh to order. Portion size was a little small so order sides etc, Gurkha beer very nice, Staff freindly. I would like to do a comparison with its rival the Yak and yeti but first impressions were not bad at all.

First visit, had no idea what to expect. Only two people in when we walked through the door, within 20 minutes it was completely full. Just the right amount of time detween courses. Started with veg mono not quite what i expected but very nice, followed by Everest lamb, Everest rice and veg. Delicious. Gurkha beer only added to the experience. Will definitely go again.
