On Sunday 7th July we are holding one off YOGA sessions for children aged 6 and above and adults(any age) 10-11am & 11-15-1215am and we have just a couple of places available for our local community to enjoy. Our yoga events will be led by Carmen of Yoga Therapy For You Only £5 per person and available to all (not just EFSD supporters and pupils) Yoga mats and props will be provided

How proud we are of Anna,Ayla and Olivia , supporting each other and they have worked extremely hard to enable themselves to take their Ballet Grade 3 exam 6 weeks early !
They loved their IDTA International Dance Teachers Association Exam today ! and said they had fun ! Even after feeling very nervous this morning !

Hi all We are holding a yoga event on Sunday 7th July at EFSD studio It was originally for pairs of dance moms/carers and their children aged 7 and above HOWEVER due to demand we are opening it up to all
... Children would need to be 6 and accompanied by an adult (Children’s friends can come too as long as adult takes responsibility )but Adults can come on their own -no age group for adults !! Hehe 😂
We have two sessions 10-11 am for children aged 6-11 and adults 1115-1215 for children aged over 11 and adults
We still have a few spaces left and I would love it if you would come and support us bringing this new event to EFSD Hopefully if it is successful Carmen of Yoga Therapy EpworthYoga Therapy For You will offer to come and visit EFSD again
