Evergreen Power UK did an excellent job installing spray foam insulation in my loft. They were very knowledgeable and explained the process in detail. They were also courteous and professional throughout. I would highly recommend their services!

Amazing customer support provided by Evergreen power in getting our solar panel system installed. We were having issues with our app but they patiently explained as its a 3rd party app so sometimes there are issues with it but as long as there is red light in the meter and everything displayed on the inverter screen system is working fine. I contacted the inverter support directly to get the app working and apparently they are updating their app so for sometime it would behave like this, overall i am very happy with their service. Highly recommended.

I recently hired Evergreen Power to install solar panels in my home and overall, I am very satisfied with the service they provided. The installation process was smooth and efficient, and the team was professional and knowledgeable. Stefano, the sales rep that we spoke with took the time to explain the system and answered all of my questions. He remained in touch throughout the entire process which felt very reassuring. I have noticed a significant reduction in my energy bills since the panels were installed and I am happy to be using a more environmentally friendly source of energy. The only downside was that the cost of the installation was a bit high, but I believe it was worth the investment, having read loads of horror stories from other solar power installations. I would recommend Evergreen Power to anyone considering solar panel installation. 4/5 stars.

I don't seem able to reply to the company's response below my initial review. The guys who visited to inspect the work in December did not ask to enter the rooms and I did not refuse entry. After giving me their paperwork I signed to say they had visitied one of the men did come back to say what he thought the problem was. He assessed that by studying the style of the roof from the outside. He did not say that he needed access to the rooms but did say that they would need access if they were told to come back to rectify the problem. The guy who diagnosed the problem said that he did not like doing cut and fills and he was not offering to put it right on that visit.
When I was phoning and emailing after the inspection nobody from your company was emailing me back to tell me what you would do to insulate the rest of the roof. I spoke to a Martin at your company who said that there would not be a covering over the tiles and that foam put into the roof cavity on the sloping roofs would lift the tiles.

The surveyor who came to quote recently for the rest of the insulation was an independent surveyor and was older and very experienced. He said he did surveys for several companies so he did not only work for Quality Home Solutions. I told him what Martin at your company told me and he said it was not true as the foam would not have lifted the roof tiles. It was obvious from the reply that Gabi at your company sent me that you just did not want the bother of rectifying the problem. The man who came to do the original survey from your company was more of a salesman as he came into sell it to me on the spot rather than going away to give us the quote. I don't believe he was a proper surveyor as he did not seem to know anything about roof layouts it seems.

My original review was......I spent about £3,200 last March 2022 to have foam insulation put into my house but found that it didn't seem to be working when the snow melted quickly on the roof. Somebody from Evergreen UK came to inspect and assessed that spray foam had not been put into the areas of the sloping roof which goes over two of the upstairs rooms and is half of the front sloping roof. This would explain why heat was still not being trapped in the house.
I had a surveyor from another company come to look at the issue and he said that it was definitely possible to put the foam into the area of the sloping roof above the rooms and the foam would not be able to push the roof tiles up even if there was not a covering over the tiles as someone at Evergreen said.
The upshot is that Evergreen say that they cannot rectify the issue but the surveyor from the other company say that it is definitely possible. My advice is not to hire this company.

Below is a photo of my roof not long after it snowed when snow was on the roof still next door fully covered. A builder friend said it would only be working if the snow was still on the roof.

Excellent service's provided by the two Man Team. Exceptional in their profession, very knowledgeable, hard working honest guys a true asset to this company. I am very happy with the overall experience of Evergreen Power UK Ltd and hope to use them again in the future. I would highly recommend this company and definitely the Two Man Team.

Service: Swift and clean no mess left and job done quickly

Product: does what they said it would, not spending as much on energy and found my property temperature has been affected less by outside climate. The insulation is great purely as it keeps out the heat and contains my conditioned air whereas when its cold I'm not leaving my heating on for so long which is a big save.

Overall, happy I have this product in my property and I'm glad you guys were the ones to do the job.
Would even recommend to a friend.

I got spray foam insulation installed by Evergreen Power UK a month ago and I cannot find a fault in their service. Everything went well and smoothly from the survey to the installation. Now that summer has arrived and we got this heatwave the last couple of weeks I can see the result of it as my home is much cooler compared to last years and I am looking to see the result in winter.
