FRIENDLY AND GOOD ATMOSPHERE

Tidy place. Pool and Gym are a little small but do the job on the way to work.

Excellent resources, friendly staff.

Sadly, the staff let the facilities down. They smoke outside the entrance, continue personal conversations whilst customers are waiting for reception services and very rarely seem "active". The changing rooms are often dirty and bins smelly and infrequently emptied.
