Everyone Just Knows - Ejk

Perfect Flame are an up-and-coming Alternative Metal band based in Guildford, Surrey. The band are currently working towards recording and releasing their debut EP.

EJK started off as a project “the album 1 in 7” then became much more than that. We met through a series of random encounters at festivals we were playing at and through University. Now EJK is a fully formed band playing concerts, festivals and fundraisers. Based in Guilford but happy to travel, this band is formed of some amazing and diverse musicians.

Meet the band:
EJK – Vocalist, songwriter, guitarist, pianist
Currently studying at ACM (Academy of Contemporary Music) 18 years old born in Britain but raised on the Greek Island of Lesvos. She is tri-lingual (Greek, English and German). Writing her first song at age 11, EJ now three albums with her own material (15 years, sweet 16, 1 in 7). Has loads of experience playing with bands and solo, gigging 5 nights a week and also playing to 5 thousand people. Starting out small, she is now slowly travelling Europe doing concerts and recordings. She has also done a vast number of benefit gigs and fundraisers for numerus causes and charities. Inspired by many genres an artist’s not just for their music but as people such as Freddie Mercury (Queen), Sixx A. M. , Amy Lee (Evanescence), Comander and Chief, Ed Sheeran, Joan Jett, Stone Sour, Pink, Dave Growl (Foo Fighters) (Nirvana), Pink Floyd, Halestorm, Madonna, Tina Turner.

Luke Parker - Bassist, Songwritter.
Bassist, Guitarist, Producer and Songwriter! 7 years ago Luke discovered the awesome power that was Heavy Rock from such bands like; Slipknot, Stone Sour, Escape The Fate and a huge collection of 80s Rock and Roll in his dad's CD collection. Upon this discovery he nagged nagged at his mum to buy him a bass guitar so he could groove, but being a mum bought one with two many strings. After spending 8 months of learning the guitar Luke finally picked up a bass to start writing his own songs and begun teaching himself how to record and produce his own music! Spending years of failed bands after failed band, he decided to enroll at ACM Guildford to further his skills as a producer to take him into the music industry! He’s pumped and ready to hit the stage to keep Rock’n’roll living on!


Oscar Perrin - Drums.
My name is Oscar and I'm passionate about all kinds of music, if I think it sounds good I'll like it. I've been playing drums for 9 years but I also play bass, a bit of guitar and I'm a keen singer /lyricist. I'm really into hard rock /metal music with some of my favorite bands being Metallica, Iron Maiden and Slipknot but I'm also a massive fan of The Chili's and Oasis so go figure.
