We are a clinic that only carries out full jaw implant rehabilitations
We train all our clinicians from the very beginning with a structured learning pathway teaching all aspects of dental implantology, with close supervision and mentoring of clinical activity and regular teaching sessions and portfolio reviews.
... No prior experience is needed but applicants must have the right attitude and aptitude to learn this complicated discipline. Previous clinicians joined us with no experience of placing implants can now carry out assessment, planning, prosthetics and surgery for full arch cases confidently.
Clinicians will learn use of CAD/CAM tools, Dental material science, biomechanics of full arch implantology, advanced surgical techniques, prosthodontic treatment planning and most importantly patient psychology and selection. They will work in a multidisciplinary team comprising dentists and technicians in a clinical and laboratory setting.
By learning the clinical and technical steps or full arch implantology, clinicians will have a rounded understanding of how these disciplines are co-dependent for successful patient outcomes.
There are plenty of career development opportunities as we grow from 2 to 4 clinics in the near future.
Applicants must be team players, be a reasonable commuting distance from the clinic (next to Heathrow Airport) and be prepared to work very hard to achieve the expected milestones within the expected timeframes.
