Bought some brake pads after asking which ones i needed, i was provided with wrong ones but when i returned they provided me with the correct replacements

I searched Google to locate me a bike repair shop in this area as I am not local and was working in Blackburn/Darwen area all week. Im glad Ewood bikes came up in the results, as I recieved excellent and friendly advice. It was a simple job that needed doing. I turned up unannounced in the morning and it was done the same day, saving me time and giving me more time out on the on two wheels in the Lancashire lanes whilst I was staying away from home. If I am up this way again with the bike and need to buy any accessories or need repairs, I will definately use here again. Highly recommended

Never again ,awful customer service ,I took my sons bike in for a mech hanger and derailleur and was told 2 days so me son could go away with friends at the weekend, a week later and it's still not done , rang them every day to be lied to over and over claiming it'll be ready today ,tomorrow , the parts wrong ,it's not arrived then picked up after 8 days and charged £60 for £10 worth of bits

The young lad there was most helpful when I was choosing my first hybrid bike. Great service too when I went back to upgrade my pedals. Will hopefully be able to cycle down (road confidence permitting) whenever I need anymore bits & pieces 😊🚲🚦

I have just bought a new ORRO Terra Gravel bike from Ewood Bikes. The help and advice I was given was invaluable. Ian and his staff provided me with all the knowledge necessary to make an independent decision without pressure, yet providing me with all the relevant information.
Having just completed my first ride the smile on my face said it all. The bike was everything and more they promised it would be and made the experience a joy (yes even up the hills!!!!) A huge thank you to Ian and the team. I WILL BE BACK!
