Went to Lego's brick live. ExCeL is east to get to, parking was good with lots of spaces. Event was clean and well presented. Staff helpful and polite. There is loads of choice on food outlets catering to every taste and culture. Parking is expensive, but no different to any other central London location (I.e the O2) - if you don't want to pay that much then don't go; stop complaining. Overall, I'd recommend it.

So 3rd year I've been up to the Excel!! My daughter attends summer in the city, I can't fault the place at all!! £15 to park all day, it's a nice place to walk round, sit down near the water and just people watch... Lots of space to find sit inside, yes food can be a little bit pricey, but you get that at other venues!!

Just want to say the biggest thankyou to the two security guards who acted amazingly when my autistic brother was mid meltdown. I did try and find them after the xfactor final to thank them personally! So much respect to you both! Really an act of kindness whilst everyone else just walked past. All I remember was one was Welsh �. Thankyou again from the both of us �

Hey, @ExCeLLondon I’m at #ProfessionalBeautyLondon and your #disabled bathroom emergency pull cords, in breach of regulations, are tied up off the floor, & so tightly I can’t even untie the knot for the next person who may need it if they fall. They need UNTYING. All of them.



*edit: excel staff on twitter said they are checking toilets now to untie the cords. Hopefully they stay that way.

Great facility however, in the winter (when I attend an annual conference), it's a cold character-less location. I am not speaking of the expo' and conference facilities which are excellent just the character of the location.

As they say, it's so big. First day had to charge my wheelchair several times. Bottle of water £2.00???

What's that all about, how about putting in some water fountains in??? Also need some free charging points for wheel chairs?

We attended the summer in the city event. Lunch at subway for a family of four normally costs £15 max here charged £35 for the same thing. Shocking price hike for same produce. Plus I asked for no cheese on my tuna sub twice before they took it off with tuna attached and put it back in the cheese tub for the next customer � no thanks .........

Lack of signs leading up to the venue and lack of signs inside to know where to go when you arrived. Spent a good half an hour navigating the car park!

It is great that you have a Changing Places toilet but why is it a secret?????



There are no signs to it, security don't know where it is and even one of your information desks had no idea.



Once I found it it is great but I'd walked the length of ExCel TWICE by then ���

Baby & Toddler show was good however was disappointed about the situation of lifts. I use lift with my younger sister , mum and my daughter who was in a pram. The lift door was automatically closed to quickly and hit the side my little sister hip she come with bruise and very swollen, however where she has Autism she didn't want to be seen by First Aid. But also it caught my Daughter pram as well she is 6 months, very upset & disappointed of how the staff have deal with it I feel it really this sort out .Not it only that lift is used there for Disabled, as well as pram so imagine if I couldn't get in lift quick enough this very dangerous need to sort as soon as possible. We have email pictures and put in formal complaint as this is need to be taken further.

London Motor Show 2018, total rip off and a waste of time. I want a full refund. no manufacturers present and just only two halls. You must be kidding me.

I would like to go to shows at ExCeL but £20 to park ones car it's to much

I have given 1 star as i can't give 0, i have been to the Birmingham motor show twice in the past, a show that took over the entire NEC site so i was really looking forward to this event, well, how disappointed was i! The show was spread over 2 halls, no manufacturer was present, a very slim showing of a mixture of new (i think) cars and old classics, and in hall 2 was a few Mercedes sallons being hooned around a figure of 8 type of track that you could pay to be a passenger in, the ride was no more than 30 seconds long, i chose not to waist any more money on this joke of a show. £22.50 to get in??? Not even worth half of that. I want a refund for this event and will be stating that on the webpage. To end off, a really poor, disappointing day out, and to think i came to this and missed a legends match in Norwich which would have been a far more entertaining and cheaper day out, complete shower of shite.

Disgraceful congestion today collecting marathon number with no clearly signed exits too many events on and massive bottlenecks of people
