Exceptional Vapes Ltd 21+ Description
We aim to provide the best customer service around to which we do very very well. Providing only the best flavours from around the world.
We also sell DIY mixing supplies cheaper than any other place locally.
We try to keep all our prices the same as online if possible giving each customer the satisfaction they have not been ripped off. A small profit is a fair profit! We are the cheapest within a 20 mile radius on everything!
With an onsite fully ISO certified lab we can create custom blends for any customer who walks in store. Fully TPD compliant with over 19 flavours registered with the MHRA. Over 55 flavours in our own juice lines we have something for everybody.

Just a little thank you to all our customers and stockists for purchasing our products over the last 5 years.
We have gone from strength to strength each year with our own brand of flavours we manufacture. Our store opened to the public 2 years ago to which we have been blown away with how popular it has become for vapers in heanor and surrounding areas. We even have visitors from scotland once a month! We got nominated for best vape shop at the vape lifestyle awards, fol...lowed by another nomination at the ecig click awards 2018 (we finished 4th in the whole of the uk!) It's things like this that gives us the motivation to keep improving on what we do. Our flavours are stocked nationwide and distributed by 3 other companies!
Our website has always been a big part of the business to which we receive 100's of orders every week so a big thank you to our online customers aswell.
We have some big big plans lined up for this year including another stockist in our area who is just up the road from our store who wants to add our range into his shop ;)
