Exchange Supplies is a social enterprise established to supply products, information, and services to improve and prolong the lives of people who inject drugs. Our most important products are: Syringes with plungers in different colours designed to reduce accidental sharing of equipment (the most common cause of sharing);Total Dose low dead space needles designed to reduce the amount of blood (and therefore HIV /HCV infectivity) in syringes for detachable needles;Sterile single use citric and ascorbic acid sachets for injecting drug users;Single use spoons for drug preparation; andA unique catalogue of drug information targeted at drug users and /or health professionals designed to improve knowledge and reduce harm.
