Exciting Escapes

We’ve had 3,623 teams take on our 1950’s challenge, and in all of those games only 20 teams have completed before the 30 minute mark and win themselves a free game. Tonight we had our 21st. Congratulations guys, you are awesome! Who might be the 22nd? #escaperoom #excitingescapes #basingstoke

Our 3rd Portsmouth room is now live! That means we now have a pair of identical 1920s 'Dark Deeds and Groceries' experiences. Now you can bring two teams and race :-)

After the long, hot spell it looks like we are in for some cloud and rain. If only there was something more fun to do on a wet day than just jumping in puddles.......

What an a amazing time I had here Wednesday. I have never done anything like this before, but the staff where so welcoming and the room lay out was absolutely amazing. Enjoyed myself that much im already plan our next one. I would highly recommend this to anyone xx

Went on Saturday evening having never been before and not knowing what to expect. The agents were very helpful especially as we had trouble solving the first few clues. Once we got into it it was fabulous, lots of fun and I certainly would like to try another room.

So much fun. The staff were so lovely and really bought into the whole show. They were there to help us when we were stuck but not give the answers away! Highly recommend, loads of adrenaline!

Really enjoyed our escape! Our group had varying levels of escape room experience but everyone enjoyed it. We'll be back another time to tackle another one �

Not really sure what to expect, but we loved it. The hour went so quickly. Room theming is great, the challenges are a mixture of being easy to very challenging. We didn't managed to solve the final puzzle but came so close I reckon another 10 minutes and we would have got it. First time and it was a great way to spend an hour will definitely be back to try the other rooms. Highly recommend.

Last Saturday we did the 3rd room in basingstoke and were not disappointed. We had such great fun and are now looking forward to the new rooms coming later in the year, can’t wait to do them. The experience is thoroughly recommended.

I initially booked an experience for my partner and I for his 30th birthday on the 2nd March. The morning of, due to the extreme weather conditions, we got a phone call from them to say that they don’t offer refunds, however due to the weather they were happy to reschedule for us, which is the option we chose.

We rebooked the experience for the 31st March, and added two friends on to the booking to come with us, and we didn’t need to pay for them until on the day.



None of us had ever done an escape room before, so we had no idea what to expect but were excited to give it a good go and my goodness were we blown away!



We arrived a little late due to traffic, so ended up only having 45 minutes in the room, and having to miss out on the briefing video. We were quickly walked through the premise of the game, and were given a brief by “Agent Smith” who was very professional, and despite my numerous attempts to crack jokes and make her break character, took it all in her stride.



The room was well laid out and the challenges ranged from easy to rather difficult. The main struggle we had being millennial trying to work out a phone from 1957!



The staff were on the ball, and quickly rectified a small issue that we had before we even realised it was an issue, “Agent Jake” was very helpful in giving us a little nudge in the right direction with a puzzle we’d got mostly right, and we ended up completing the room with just under 3 minutes to spare! Add the extra 15 minutes on we would have had if we weren’t late and we completed the room in under 45 minutes.



All 4 of us left having had an absolute whale of a time, and the whole experience was a common theme in our conversations over the rest of the weekend!



Being a group of introverts, we relished in the fact we were able to get on with it in our own time and our own way, and glad we weren’t lumped in with another group in order to maximise numbers and revenue. We will 100% be booking to come again and tackle the other rooms and will be recommending the company to anyone who will listen!



The staff were friendly, professional and helpful. The rooms were well laid out and the whole venue was clean and tidy (although the room wasn’t so tidy after we’d finish!) and considering it was a test of time, we didn’t feel rushed at all and were allowed to stand in the room, have a chat about the room, give feedback and debrief without feeling like they needed us out.



Can’t speak high enough of the company, the staff and the experience!!

I did it for my birthday with some friends. It was so much fun and the staff were so friendly and helpful. We really got immersed in the experience. Will definitely be doing it again!

Had an awesome time and thoroughly recommend it. ‘Agent Charlie’ was a great host and hope to go again soon for a different room to escape from!

Had an amazing first visit today and will definitely be returning! The experience was such fun and everyone in our group loved it. We all got stuck in! The theming was so good, so many little details had been thought about and the set up was impressive. Would recommend to everyone.

Experienced my first ever escape room tonight. Wasn't sure what to expect and felt a little apprehensive wondering if I'd manage to figure out the clues.

I needn't have worried, the room was set out well and the puzzles were exciting and varied. The time flew by and we had so much fun. We managed to solve the puzzle with just over a minute to spare! It's so easy to get stuck in and involved with what you're doing, we can't wait to attend another room for our next adventure. Thank you so much for making it a fun and exciting experience. We will see you again soon!! Highly recommended.

Excellent Room. This is the second I have done and I certainly be back to do another!!

Done it in a group of four and was hard but so much fun. Would 100% recommend and will go back to do the other rooms. Staff were friendly and really lovely.

Can't recommend this place enough, loved every minute of it, looking forward to trying the other rooms. Staff were fab at setting the scene and engaging with us only when we needed a bit of help. Definitely worth a visit.

Brilliant! Nail biting experience. Team came together wonderfully & our ‘assistant’ was fab. Highly recommend for an hour of fun team building!
