As long-standing committed members, donors and supporters of ExcludedUK, ForgottenLtd, ForgottenPAYE and We Make Events. We recognise the need for more direct action in the face of this Government's continued intransigence over the gaps in financial support. As business leaders ourselves we are concerned with the lack of clarity and support still unavailable to many business sectors as the UK re-opens. The long term economic impact is well known should these gaps in support not be now fully addressed. Every business, from a one man band to a multinational is inextricably linked, with complex economic supply chains and interdependence. Without fair and meaningful support for these UK Taxpayers, many more lives and livelihoods will suffer in what should be an "easy fix" in terms of levelling up. The contrast between the Government's treatment of such groups and its willingness to engage with political allies, donors, friends and family has never been more obvious. We will be holding an event on 30th June in London in support of these marginalised groups and to unite those still without meaningful support in order to generate positive media coverage and facilitate further engagement with MPs.
