After their heroics at Wembley on Sunday, we are officially declaring it 'wear your Charlton shirt to the gym week'. Anybody joining Tom here?!

50,920kg. That's the total amount of weight these 2, with the combined age of 100 years old, lifted, pushed and pulled over a 48 minute session. That's 25,460kg each, which is the most total weight we've seen moved over one session here in the studio.
We like new studio records, and this one sounds like a challenge. Who's up for beating it?!
Note: Andy would probably like me to point out that Howard makes up the majority of the 100 years old....

This weeks #TransformationTuesday is Peter, who at 70 years old is still managing to complete 35 press ups in a minute!
Peter joined us a couple of months back and has since lost a huge 5.8kg of body fat. On top of that, he's also managed to knock 2 pts from his waist to hip ratio by knocking 16cm from his waistline.

This weeks #TransformationTuesday is our own Director and Senior Trainer Tom.
The pic on the left was taken a couple of years ago with Tom weighing around 84kg. Although he was strong and had just medalled at a national championship, he felt he could be more efficient in terms of strength/weight ratio. After a slow and steady 1 year experiment, Tom is now dead on 74kg (10kg loss, mostly of which was fat, and a whole weight class down), and pretty much as strong as he was 10kg heavier, minus a couple of kg here and there.

Todays Transformation Tuesday is one of our youngest members, James, and it's a good one. In the last 6 months, James has got himself down to a massively impressive 9.3% body fat, whilst having put on 2kg of muscle over the time. Excellent work from the young gent - Soon he'll be giving the trainers a run for their money!
