We stayed here for 1 night and couldn't fault it,The room was clean and tidy,The only issue we had was with the people next to us,The lovely lady on the reception desk moved us to another room without any extra charge,She was lovely about it,The breakfast was lovely and the staff,Would definately return and will recommend to all my friends,Thankyou for a lovely stay,

We have spent several evenings here choosing shoes for our shoe shop in Cornwall. The staff have always been friendly and helpful, especially in the restaurant, where the food is delicious and served very promptly. Looking forward to visiting again in May.

Very ordinary from the outside but once you walk through the door there is a warm welcome from the lovely staff and the food is always excellent, well worth the visit.

This is the most fabulous little place ever, spotlessly clean rooms, lovely crisp white bedding, power showers that are fantastic, very friendly staff, always happy to help , great food , really glad we found it, would not go anywhere else in Exeter

Stayed here for one night and enjoyed every minute the hotel was clean and friendly and our room was lovely very spacious- with all little extras that made the stay enjoyable, we didn't have dinner there but did have a few drinks in the bar which were reasonably priced -breakfast was great and hotel staff were very polite and friendly- would definitely recommend and hope to stay there again 😊

Stayed her Friday night. What a fabulous hotel with an American bungalow style layout. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The room was spotless with a lovely bath with ample hot water. Food was lovely with a good choice of evening meals and the breakfast was also good. It was very busy as they had a wedding the following day but this did not cause any issues with the service provided to non wedding guests. Highly recommended and will be staying here again. Extremely good value hotel with a family feel.

Smashing. Lovely reception area, nice bar/restaurant and the room we had, despite being on budget, was great. It was clean, fresh and well appointed with a fantastic BIG shower and nice white towels. Bed linen was lovely and soft and the bed comfortable. Only had a couple of days there and did Bed and Breakfast but we did eat a meal one evening. Was really good food and very good value. Breakfast had plenty of choice and was great. Nice people too.

Great place I got married here 2 years yesterday and the staff was wonderful and made our special day what we dreamed of. The wedding Orgnizer Becky was brilliant thank you so much. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, Mitch & Sabella

GReat friendly service, amazing evening food, lovely clean rooms...just the breakfast that wasn’t five star (but not enough to knock you down to 4 stars and it was a snow blizzard outside)

Been twice now. Reminds me of a Premier Inn with frills. Clean, nice rooms and ensuites, foods good, staff (mainly) friendly �� It reminds me a little of a Motel setup, but only because the rooms are in bungalow type buildings around a central parking area. Every room has an Umbrella in the wardrobe, so no problem in the rain � Not that it rains in Devon obviously �

A great hotel one of the best we have stayed in lately could not fault anything everything was good

had a wonderful night here at this hotel staff were great rooms were lovely great price worth every penny if we were to be picky we would just say that the time between food courses was very limited and no sooner had we started our first course they came out with the next one which was slightly annoying just a bit too rushed otherwise we would have given it a full five stars but we will certainly go back again

We had a 2 night stay in a family room, can't complain. Loved the bathroom! Breakfast was nice with a good choice of foods. Staff were really friendly and welcoming. Restaurant food was excellent. Nice place to stay as a base for travelling around.

Despite being woke at half 4 by the fire alarm and standing outside because of some idiot who thought it was fun to get everyone up Including young children who were frightened (not the hotels fault) would highly recommend it.

One more thing the bar shut at 11.

Lovely hotel and very friendly staff my only reason for not giving 5 stars is the over priced starters and desserts on the a la carte menu .

Just got home lovely hotel friendly receptions but this time food was a let down breakfast had things missing and no white bread for toast even though a member of staff brought some in from a supermarket . The weekend before we stayed overnight bar and food service was more or less nonexistent they were to busy fussing about a wedding reception the following day what about guests that are already there felt we didn't count even food was not good when it finally arrived looked like it had been forgotten about.

I travel a lot with my job and spend a lot of time in Hotels.

I often stay here for 4-5 nights when I am in South Devon. It is situated next to the A38 and is very easy and quick to travel to Exeter. The rooms are always clean and the showers are brilliant. Even though It is next to a Dual Carriageway off or surprisingly quiet.

The food here is of good standard. The Ley Arms 1/2 A mile from the hotel in Kenn has a good menu.

The staff are friendly. And there is plenty of free parking.

I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Bit of a weird journey from plymouth to get to it but was surprised how big it was. Food, service and room were good. Downside was there wasn't a plug next to the bed so I couldn't charge my phone (which had the alarm on it) over night. The disabled parking bays were in the corner and would be difficult to park in. Lastly one of the street lights was out which made parking a bit tricky at night. Would still go there again
