Always give experienced and appropriate advice, and won't just replace parts for the sake of it to make money. Provide a very good service

I bought my Merida bike at Exeter Cycles in December (to replace a bike I'd had for 15 years) and am very pleased with it. Due to being abroad for some months I only managed to have its post-purchase service this week. I took it in yesterday and as I needed it back this week it was all done for me by this afternoon. Excellent service! My husband and I have been customers at Exeter Cycles for quite a few years now and we're both very pleased with the friendly and efficient service.

Popped in with an issue with my back break and very helpful assistance in fixing it!

Just purchased an E MTB from Dave after a recommendation and have to say the service recived was second to none. His patience, advice and friendly no pressure attitude was a refreshing change to the norm these days.

I too was down in Devon in hols. Broke a spoke and buckled wheel one morning. Called the guys at Exeter Cycles and despite being busy, they fixed my spoke, trued the wheel that day, all in less than a couple of hours and for a very reasonable price. Chatting to the guys also revealed a great route that I've ridden every day since. What more can you want from your local bike shop?! Great work. Keep it up.

Saved my biking holiday by rapidly fixing my battered rear wheel. And Chris' advice to check my rear hanger for damage was spot on... all sorted and I'm now back on the trails enjoying the sunshine. Awesome service, thanks!!

After moving to Exeter and not in the know i ask around and found that this place was highly recommended, by a lot of people in the MTB club.
so after having my bike serviced somewhere else and found it came back to me with many problems with my hydro brakes.
so after recommended advice i took it took chris and dave who were pleased to help with advice and a cure for the problem.
within a day my top end bike was back on the dirt kicking butt.
thanks guys i'll be back.

Done a quick google search for used bikes. Spoke to a chap friday who was really freindly and helpful.

Today i popped in and walked away with what i am told is a decent bike.
Really impressed with the guy that served me, he took the time to walk me what through what kinda of bike i was buying and was really warm and freindly.

Ledge shown was good, came across that they dont just want to flog you anything that they wouldnt want to ride themselfs

Recently came into this bike shop. (last resort) looking for a cassette and a chain. The man behind the counter was knowledgeable and honest in pointing out that he had a very busy workshop. Good service. Although I haven't saved money this time in buying the tools. He has given me the confidence to "tinker". I now have tools available and will go back if more is needed thanks.

Living in Exeter wanted to purchase a bike for my grand daughter who lives in London...She is not yet 4...I was given excellent advice...selected a suitable bike...They then arranged packaged despatch which was delivered to my son...He was able to put it together in time for Christmas...and she is riding without stabilisers already...If I could find fault I would say...only seriously there were none...Most excellent...TAG :-)
