Very impressed...very friendly welcoming staff and excellent treatment

My mum visited Exeter Hair & Beauty to buy vouchers for my birthday and was unsure if she was in the right place. I think she spoke to Jenny who looked me up to conifrm it was my favourite hairdressers and organised the vouchers.
My mum was so impressed by your efficiency, friendliness and helpfulness so I wanted you to know and thank you for looking after my mum too, she doesn't find it easy getting out and about and gets quite confused. You really put her at her ease and made even the simple experience of buying a gift a pleasureable one - THANK YOU!!!!! My hair dresser is Gemma and she is awesome :)

This is a very nice place very friendly I only go for my eyebrows...

I have been going to this hairdresser for years and have always had a great cut and staff have always been helpful and attentive.

2 months ago Jenny did my eye liner - semi permanent make-up. It is fantastic and I am delighted with the results. Her care and attention to detail was excellent and I would recommend this treatment to anyone to go for it if they want accentuate their eyes without having to put on any make-up on these lovely summer days! Thanks to Jenny and all the team for brilliant customer service!

Have been going to this salon for 10 years, was always thrilled with my haircuts, until today - appalling job and no remorse. Just taken some photos of my hair and will send them so that they can see... why not just admit that things sometimes go wrong, I would not have minded but no acknowledgement and no apology. I will never set foot at this place again, nor will my husband who used to go for massage there nor my mum whom I used to take for a hair cut when she came down from London. You loss, guys! There are plenty of hairdressers around.

The woman was rude to me and lacked customer skills. I have been going here for at least 4 years and never went anywhere else. Then my usual stylist left and it hasn't been the same. Most of the staff are lovely. But unfortunately my last visit was not welcoming so two stars are based on my last visit. It was just this one older woman that showed no interest in her job and passed unnecessary comments.

It's a shame as she let down the manager and other workers.
I would always of given this salon 5 + stars as I really couldn't recommend it more.
But due to this woman's attitude
Unfortunately I won't go back anymore .

Excellent service, friendly and attentive team. Nothing is too much trouble. I've been a client for many years, and I'm very glad I found them.
