Devon Youth Wind Orchestra needs flutes! Unheard of to be short of flutes! Please tell your flute playing children/family/friends! This is a fab group. Players need to be around grade 4 standard to join.

Yay! We are now listed on the Devon Music Education Hub website!
New flute players always WELCOME! We rehearse every Tuesday, 7pm - 8pm. Here are some quotes from last year's fluters about our fabulous FLUTE CHOIR: "Really fun variety of music and Ruth is very supportive and patient!" "I love everything!" "Ruth is always smiling - even if you are abit sharp on the top notes!" "It's amazing!"
... Last year we did some fabulous concerts, teaming up with The Big Noise Chorus for one, with my adult flute choir (Exeter Flutes) for another, and playing in the Devon Performing Arts Festival and achieving a Commendation.
New members always WELCOME! :-)

1st rehearsal of the summer term is tomorrow (Tuesday) usual time, 5-6. 37 Clifton Road.
Tonight we had an informal joint concert with both Exeter Flutes and (a reduced) Exeter Youth Flutes! Wonderful sounds from everyone, and as you can see from the programme we love Mel Orriss and Wonderful Winds arrangements! 😊
Something less Christmassy! Mattachins!
Aw this is one of my favourite things! Exeter Youth Flutes performing Mel Orriss's arrangment of 'Away in a Manger'. I could listen to this anytime of the year!
