It’s not about how much you put in the lip!! Sometimes less is more...and sometimes even 0.5mls is enough 💉❤️ This lady had beautiful lips to start with and just wanted a little plumping. Glad she took my advice and agreed to the 0.5mls instead of the 1.0ml she initially thought she needed ( and it’s a good job I didn’t just put in the 1.0ml she requested 😳 ) #alwaystakeadvicefromaprofessional

So who is the face behind Exmouth Facial Aesthetics 👩‍⚕️🙋‍♀️ I am very conscious of the fact that are no photos of me on my Facebook page - so I have taken the plunge with a dreaded selfie 🤦‍♀️. ( and yes it took me about 15 takes 😂 ) It’s important to me, that my future clients/page followers not only know who I am ( please read my bio ) but are also able to put a face to the name 🤗 What you will notice is that I’m completely normal ( well looking anyway 😉 ) I have all things that you have - the freckles , those wrinkles, the wonky face and even one eye smaller then the other if you look closer 👀 My aim at Exmouth Facial Aesthetics is to keep you looking normal, with discreet treatments to enhance your natural beauty and help pause time in the natural aging process 💉❤️

So it appears the only way my husband can stop me working 🤓 is to whisk me away to Cornwall for a few days in the motorhome 😊With limited WiFi 😳 I will not be able to answer enquiries/bookings until I return on Sunday. Don’t worry though for all clinical matters - I still have my mobile on me. ( it’s important to me that I can be contacted for any clinical issues ) Keep those 👄 out of the hot sun 🌞 coming up over the next few days....

Just thought I’d share my own PDO/COG thread journey so far with you all ❤️ The first 2 photos are immediately before and 4 weeks after The last one is before/immediately after/4weeks later PDO threads are not just for lifting - There is absolutely no make up on my skin in any of the after photos - the improvement in my skin texture is amazing already from just 4 weeks of collagen stimulation 😃

Some excellent results ( if I do say so myself 😉) coming through from PDO cog lifting😁 PDO threads are an excellent way of not only lifting your facial tissue, but they also stimulate further production of your own collagen to tighten the skin. This treatment lasts around 18mths!

Now I’m not normally a blogger... But something rather magical in clinic happened today 💫🌟 which absolutely delighted me, so I thought I’d share it with you all 😃 A lovely lady came for a lip augmentation, after a consultation and much discussion aground her medical history, and in agreement with her medical consultant we decided to go ahead with the lip augmentation 💋 Obviously she was delighted with the results, her lips were bigger - just what she asked for... 🤷‍♀️ But - ...it was her comment regarding how pleased she was that I had managed to shorten the distance between the upper white lip area from the nose to the mouth above her lip that pleased her the most - Not the just lip size 👌🏻( I had this in my treatment plan 😉 ) Music 🎶 to my ears - this is exactly the thing that we are taught in training . Full Facial 3D assessment 🙌🏻 . Hooray - someone gets it... if she was a nurse I would have given a job on the spot, a great aesthetic eye 👁 . I am really happy she appreciated my work ☺️ Which leads me on the serious note of this post... I know for a fact that if she went to a local BT in a salon she would not have got such a thorough consultation, ( I’m sure the BT wouldn’t have seeked advice first from her medical consultant ) She also wouldn’t have thought about the particular infection risk to a potentially immunocompromised Client - let alone minimise the risk by choosing a cannula for treatment ( this reduces the number of breaks in the skin for potential of infection setting in ) and if she did get an infection, she wouldn’t be a prescriber, in order for her to get the antibiotics she would need ( if she was even in the area for next few weeks... ) All of this ( and lots more reasons ) Is why you pay more for a lip enhancement with a medical person. Please don’t put yourself at risk for the sake of saving a few pounds 💷. Yes medics cost more - but we are worth it 🙏🏻 Hope you like the photos 💋

Just had my check up after having 2 areas of botox. The difference it’s made is unbelievable! I went to Lisa because she was recommended to me by several people but my deciding factors were her being a nurse so I felt safe. I also know she’s continuously training and completing lots of courses. The consultation was very thourogh and informative, as was the aftercare advice. The treatment room is absolutely lovely and sparkly clean so you get a great impression from the start. Definitely addicted so I’ll be back!

If I could give more stars I would! I would now only trust Lisa with any future work I want done , she has an incredible eye for perfection and fulfils your final goal aesthetically !
